Prior to founding Imparo.ai, Matthew held various leadership positions at top instructional technology companies, such as Rosetta Stone, Graduate Management Adminissions Council/GMATPrep and ProjectPower. He is an Ambassador for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) for whom he is a regular speaker and advocate of cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, WebAssembly, and more. Victor is co-author of AI Driven: Staying Alive in the Age of Digital Darwinism and leads a global team to apply scalable AI/ML solutions to tackle customers’ most complex business and technology challenges. He believes innovation only happens in production. An entrepreneur at heart, Victor has overseen the launch of three companies, Kublr and Sympli, as well as APIphany, which was acquired by Microsoft. Victor is an advisor to multiple startups and a Stanford GSB alumnus.

Wolf is a technology industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise business strategy and innovation, and author of the book AI Driven: Staying Alive in the Age of Digital Darwinism. He joined EastBanc Technologies in 2007, originally as CEO, and has managed the organic growth of the company including scaling the team from 35 to more than 200 employees. After the recent merger with Solvd, the company now has almost 1,000 employees. Wolf is now head of strategic advisory.

During his tenure, Wolf has also served as President of APIphany, a division of EastBanc Technologies, through its acquisition by Microsoft. Wolf's vision and customer-centric approach to AI-driven digital transformation is credited for helping establish Solvd as a leader delivering sophisticated software solutions that enable customers to thrive in today's digital economy.

Wolf is a serial entrepreneur, investor, technology advocate and mentor. Prior to EastBanc Technologies, Wolf held leadership positions at MicroStrategy, and worked globally for organizations such as Mercedes Benz, Lufthansa, the Japanese government, among other global brands. Throughout his career, he has also served on numerous industry boards, advisory boards and boards of directors, including Halcyon House, Microsoft's Customer Advisory Board for Microsoft Azure, Spense, Verituity, Kion, Tivian, the Investment Board of Virginia Venture Partners, KZO Innovations, GeoIQ, etc.

Wolf holds an MBA from Ingolstadt School of Management. A global citizen, Wolf was born in Nuremberg, Germany and has spent his life living, working and traveling around the world. Today, he resides in Washington, DC, with his two beloved rescue dogs, Roxanne-Beyoncé and Buddy.
